Now That You Know, Where to Go?
There I was, 19 years old right after two kids I had known for years lost their battle with cancer in our small community—within two weeks of each other. It was devastating, for me, for their families, and for all those who knew them. Their bright souls were like shooting stars, burning brilliantly for a short time and gone in the next moment.
Sadly, I had experienced other kids passing from cancer, and while it had always left me feeling hollow and empty, I had been able to bounce back from the grief. Or so I thought. This time it was different. I couldn't seem to move past the melancholy. So I decided to seek help.
My allopathic general practitioner at the time recommended two things for me: 1) anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication, and 2) counseling. This looked like a path forward, and that's what I was looking for, forward movement. However, I did not understand at that time, that each of these recommendations were the furthest things from what I actually needed.
Fast forward a year after I began pharmaceutical intervention and therapy, and, I was way worse than when I started. My allopathic general practitioner had prescribed me well past the max dosage of anti-depressant medication, as well as encouraged me to take Xanax like tic tacs to get through my days. The therapist I was seeing did even more damage when she started to tell me that I was 'paranoid' (turns out I wasn't—I had been accurate all along), convince me that I was 'in love' with an abuser, and disregarded, invalidated, and dismissed every feeling I vulnerably shared with her in session.
I couldn't understand how the very people trying to 'help' me, were causing more harm. It wasn't until the 'paranoia' my therapist projected onto me was finally verified by other people—a lot of other people. No, it wasn't all in my head, and yes, what I tuned into what was happening was actually happening. This was the first big wake up call that I was putting too much trust in others and not enough trust in myself.
After openly bring up with my therapist what I uncovered, that I was not paranoid, that I was seeing very clearly, she dumped me, saying she could no longer help me. She wasn't wrong—in gaslighting any emotions or feeling I had, she wasn't helpful from the start, and her dumping me was the best thing that happened for me. I was then paired up with an experienced therapist that had vast knowledge of deeper level healing tools and who understood the power of emotional processing.
Over the next couple months working with the new therapist and beginning the process of weening off the highly numbing pharmaceuticals, I was given permission, and the ability, to feel. Once I began to feel all the old grief and completely appropriate emotions that others were trying to suppress due to their discomfort, I started getting better. I began the process of the emotional healing that I so desperately needed, and low and behold, my physical body began to heal too.
The Intricacies of the Four Main Bodies
Most of us have heard to heal the 'mind, body, and soul', right? That's what I had been focusing on. Mind. Body. Soul. Though to be fair, my body was so imbalanced that it was difficult to correctly hear the soul. People who say that phrase are on the right path, however, they are leaving out an important piece, emotions. We are made up of four main bodies, not just three, and the four main bodies that reside within each of us are the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual (or energetic) bodies. Each body needs to be nourished, balanced along with the others, and tended to thrive as a whole being. A malnourished body unattended leads to an imbalance of the whole being, like a table with the legs a different lengths, and creates dis-ease.
What modern medicine misses is that emotions have a deep impact on our physical health. What has been ridden off as 'hysteria' in past generations, mostly regarding female patients, is a huge component of health that is factoring into our overall wellbeing. Modern medicine thrives on the mechanical components of healing human bodies, however, it misses out on addressing the very messy parts that make us human, emotions. For example, psychology, which I personally love, utilize, and have studied deeply, can even get it wrong sometimes due to its hyperfocus on the cognitive. Bottom line, you can't think through a feeling.
Even many holistic medicine practices, while understanding emotions more deeply than modern medicine, can miss the weight of the role emotions have in our health. It's not intentional, however most holistic modalities are designed to be specialized in a particular area of expertise, thus utilizing tools from their repertoire to address the patient. Often times holistic medicine practitioners are boxed in by that area of expertise and assume that each person needs to have their standard methodology performed for healing to occur. Bottom line, herbal supplements can't process your feelings for you.
No practitioners, neither in allopathic nor holistic medicine, are truly trying to cause harm. Most are simply only equip to tune into one aspect of you based on their qualifications. That's when I decided to put the 'whole' back in wholistic and not only look at a patron within my private practice as a whole being, but to also support them in uncovering the malnourished or imbalanced bodies that need attention through a full picture assessment.
That's why I created Integrative Fields of Medicine®, designed specifically to help you understand your body(s), reconnect with your inner wisdom, and restore balance from the inside out. This work goes beyond treating symptoms straight to identifying the root causes of imbalance and restoring the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies to alignment. Uncover below how each body presents itself, functions and operates, and move closer to connecting with each body.
The Four Main Bodies and Their Aspects
1. The Physical Body

The physical body is the last stop shop for all energy and frequencies to manifest in physical form. Whatever in-formation your other bodies (mental, emotional, spiritual) are sending, will take place in the physical world—the good, bad, ugly, and beautiful. Dis-ease here prevents us from tuning into the other main bodies accurately.
The slowest of the four main bodies to heal, this a good thing, as in our physical and dense third dimension healing, or naturally detoxing, from the physical body too quickly could be extremely painful or even kill the physical body.
When we are exposed to physical world toxins, pollutants, and poisons, pay attention to how your physical body responds in manifesting dis-ease. This will tell you more about your other bodies and where they need tending.
2. The Mental Body

The mental body is the entire energetic field of information surrounding us—our own field, connecting us consciously to others and the multiverse. Misunderstood to be the brain, the mental body is pure information. When the brain functions optimally, information from the mind field is undistorted.
The primary job of our brain (physical body) is to interpret the mental body analytically to manifest our own personal soul assignment, through consciousness, into physical reality. All while simultaneously interpreting the information around us back to the mind for clarity and comprehension.
It is common for dis-ease that manifests as what we call ‘mental illness’ to be rooted in another of the four main bodies and expresses as ‘mental’ to most modern humans who have not re-membered their other bodies.
3. The Emotional Body

The emotional body is the pure energy in motion that moves through us on a moment-to-moment basis. It reminds us of what is lurking beneath the surface of the analytical mind and the physical reality to show us a whole other reality simultaneously existing.
Often without the need for an assigned language, emotions move through us providing information that is often ignored by the distorted brain and unclear mental body messages. Emotions tell us the truth through feeling and becoming aware of ‘what is’ without the brain assigning judgement.
When truth of how we really feel is ignored, emotions that are meant to be experienced and released become trapped in the physical body leading to pain and dis-ease.
4. The Spiritual/Energetic Body

The spiritual body is the everlasting life and essence of divine creation that allows us to exist. Well after our physical body has expired, the spiritual body, or the soul, will continue to be, as energy can neither be created nor destroyed.
All energy, individual souls included, originated from a single source, and are part of a bigger creation than one of us alone. On Earth, we have chosen to be individual to learn, grow, evolve, and expand to also evolve the whole.
Each being here on Earth is an elite soul with the sole purpose of carrying out their own soul assignment and to complete their mission for the whole of creation. The best way to re-member and fulfill your soul's assignment is to live a Supreme Frequency™ Lifestyle to free yourself from illusion.
Now That You Know, Where to Go?
Now that you know what the four bodies are and their deeper aspects, how do you access them and also heal them if necessary?
The first step is to get your physical body as healthy as possible. We need to release, or free, what is no longer supportive for us before we can move forward. This means neutralizing toxins from your environment—your food, your home, and yes, even your social circle - to allow your body the space to grow and heal.
Second, after space is created, there is room to add supportive tools to repair any damage that has been done. This means integrating the highest frequencies into all aspects of your life—your food, your home, and yes, your social life. Give yourself the loving nourishment that you want and need to thrive.
From there, once your physical body eliminates external interferences, you can access, unmanipulated, with all four main bodies and deepen the connection they all share.
